INDIAN CLUB SWINGING- GRIP CHANGE EXERCISES SERIES by Paul Taras Wolkowinski

Introduction Video

Indian Clubs | GRIP CHANGE EXERCISES for COPPER BAND Indian Clubs, with an ergonomic handle.

These five exercises are intended to maximise the way you handle Indian Clubs during training and are a very good way to warm up.

The COPPER BAND Indian Clubs used in this video weigh 3lbs each and are 22” long.

There are 6 videos in this training series starting with an introduction and explanation video which you should watch first.

The introduction video is followed by 5 short videos that are dedicated to each exercise, in a FOLLOW ALONG format.

This training series covers 3 most common grips Sabre grip, Hammer grip and Ring grip.

Indian Club swinging should always be very fluid, efficient grip changes make this happen.

You should practice these Indian Club grip changes on a regular basis, so that you can perform the grip changes without thinking about them.

Even then, these exercises are a great way to warm up before swinging any Indian Club routine or practice training.
