64 Swing Sequence Tutorial, constant changes, mixed with never-ending repeats. Four parts – outward, parallel right, inward and parallel left w/slow motion.

This sequence is based on the idea of constant change, which is mixed with a never ending repeat, in this case the repeats are double straight arm front circles. Every time you swing a double front circle you have to follow by swinging the same front circle with one arm and a different circle with the other, starting with an upper back circle, side wrist circle, cross body shoulder circle and finally a lower back circle.
